Arrowians are human and humans make mistakes. We lean into the problems and mistakes that happen, take ownership and take action to fix them quickly. We communicate transparently with customers about mistakes. If we make a mistake or discover that a system or process is broken, we don’t hide it and hope no one notices – we fix it or get help to fix it. We’re curious and always striving to do better and improve the services we offer, how we deliver them and the customer experience.

Site Arrow is proudly bootstrapped, debt-free and profitable. By making the most of our resources, we will continue to grow and operate a sustainable organization. Arrowians know the value of money and operate in an efficient, lean and agile manner. If we believe in an idea, we’ll find a way to get it done. Obstacles are not excuses for us.

We talk and write in plain English, avoiding technical jargon where it’s not needed, to be easily understood by all of our customers and fellow Arrowians. We ask the extra question to clarify if needed, rather than assuming we understand. We try to deliver the simplest possible solutions to our customers, because it’s also the shortest path to a success for Site Arrow and our customers.

Whether it’s a customer or a colleague, Arrowians are always eager to lend a hand and pitch in to help out. We’re also highly dependable, so customers and colleagues can trust that we’ll follow through and deliver on our promises. When our colleagues and customers succeed, we succeed individually as well.
