This makes it sustainable for us to run the brand in the long-term, and provide adequate hardware to host the customer’s sites and provide support.
We’re looking for long-standing brands that have stood the test of time and proven that they have been able to win the loyalty of their customers.
At this stage, we’re only able to acquire brands that provide support in English. In addition, as we only offer ticket/email support, we’re not a great fit for brands where the majority of customers rely on phone support.
Site Arrow has partnerships with key vendors in the web hosting ecosystem, including Vultr, DigitalOcean & Linode for server infrastructure, WHMCS for billing and cPanel and DirectAdmin for server management panels.
Site Arrow was founded in 2015, and is profitable and family owned with no outside investors or debt. We fund acquisitions from the cashflows of our existing operations, giving us a strong financial position.
We have our own dedicated 24×7 technical support team based in India, with 15 minute response times and business hours support 7 days per week for Sales & Billing queries and escalated tickets.
